Mood—What else but dance?

Sample: "Step One Two"

Thoughts— I typically won't review an album right after it comes out, so as to give the music a chance to sink in. I'll make an exception for a few artists, however, becuase I know that whatever they come up with will be... well, music to my ears. Kaskade is one of these artists.

Strobelite Seduction is an amazing, energizing album full of beautiful vocals, smart synth work, and an all around joyous vibe.

One of the things I especially like about this album is that Kaskade switches vocalists between every track. Though each singer fits in perfectly with the style of music, it's nice that each song feels just a little different as you listen through the album. My favorite of the bunch has to be ephemeral, innocent Haley Gibby (featured on "Step One Two", among others).

Not a bad track in the bunch, though the final track, "Your Love Is Black", deviates significantly from the overall feel of the rest of the album. Favorites are "Move For Me", "One Heart", and "I'll Never Dream".

My only criticism of this album is that it's too short. I just want more, and I think two tracks would do it.

Recommended? Absolutely.
